Common questions
How do I add my next home game?
On the Gameday tab, tap the calendar button in the top-left corner, then the plus button. Choose the opponent, kickoff time, venue and your row and stalls.
Why does the grill timeline start the day before?
Long cooks like packer brisket can take 12 hours or more. The timeline counts backward from kickoff and your serve time. If a cook starts before the lot opens, the app suggests starting at home and holding it in a towel-lined cooler.
I'm not getting grill alerts.
Turn on Grill alerts on the Grill tab. If you declined notifications earlier, enable them in iOS Settings › Notifications › Lot Before Kickoff.
The forecast says "Seasonal estimate".
The weather service forecasts about 16 days ahead. For games further out, the ice plan uses a typical temperature for that month until the forecast is available. You can also set the temperature by hand in Pack › Cooler & ice.
How does the potluck board stop duplicates?
When someone adds a dish, the app compares it with everything already on the board, ignoring case, accents and plurals. Exact repeats are blocked, and close matches get a warning.
How do I clear the sample crew?
Go to Season › Settings (gear icon) › Start a fresh season. This clears crew, potluck, cooks, lot plan, season log and photos. You can reload the sample crew at any time.
Is my data backed up?
Your data lives on your device and is included in your regular iPhone or iPad backup. Nothing is sent to our servers.
